Returns

Due to the nature of edible products, we only accept returns under specific conditions:

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product arrived defective or compromised

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Refund eligibility includes:

  • Verified damaged products

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure.


Non-Returnable Items
